Terms and Conditions for Clinical Hypnosis Sessions


  1. Payment. This is to be paid in full at the start of the session. Payment can be made via major credit card, bank transfer, and other pre-approved payment methods.
  2. Cancellations and Refunds: A full refund will be given to clients who cancel their appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours of the work will not receive a refund.
  3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your session. A rescheduling fee may apply if you reschedule within 24 hours of your work.
  4. Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your session, the session will end at the scheduled time, and full payment will be required.
  5. No-shows: You will be charged the full session fee if you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice.
  6. Confidentiality: Your sessions are confidential, and no information will be shared without your written consent except as required by law.
  7. Use of Hypnosis: Hypnosis is not a magic cure or a quick fix. Success depends on the client’s cooperation; the client must be committed to change and willing to participate fully.
  8. Medical Disclaimer: Hypnosis is not a replacement for medical treatment, psychological or psychiatric services, or counselling.
